A drop that matters
Last December I was invited to speak at a retreat organized by a Baptist Church in Suceava. I had the opportunity to get to know their teenagers and to get familiar with youth ministry lead by Catalin Croitoru (one of our interns). We had a great time together. At that time, I didn't plan to go back, but as we all know, sometimes God has a different plan. Sometimes we believe that some of our minor acts doesn't affect other people's lives.
On 10th of June, God surprised me. A phone call from Suceava... nine of their teenagers decided to get baptized, and they are inviting me to preach at their celebration... "The retreat we had in December was a turning point for us", they said. Amazing! I have no merits in this. All I did was to add a little drop in a glass... To be honest, I felt honored that God used me in that.
This is a good example of how God can transform the small insignificant drops in big waves. He is praise worthy for all of this and we're just honored He's using us.
