College Students Barbecue

End of the School year. A time for celebration... and barbecue. The College Students Ministry "exploded" this year. From about 50 students coming every week, now we have about 150 students. Our city is known as a major university center. This is one of the reasons why students from all over, find their "refuge" in our church. More than that, we're trying to create a good environment for the new people coming in. The name of the challenge we've launched this year was "Ordering your private life". They all are in the beginning of their adult life, so we encourage them to have a good start.

And of course, on May 31 we had the big celebration. Hundreds of sausages were "sacrificed" in the Church yard. We all agree that was a good "reinforcement" before the exams.

We will meet again in the fall, starting with the retreat we're already planning.

Prayer Wings

Thank you again for partnering with us. We really need your prayers and it's not just a word we use to say to be polite. We can see God moving things in Romania, and I'm sure it's not by mistake. The summer is almost here and we have to plan in advance. We will have Vacation Bible School, camps, so we need His guiding and protection upon us, our families and our students. Please pray for this. I also want to bring up the aercurat (fresh-air) project we have. It's a real challenge to keep up with the thousands of people visiting the website. We also need to get more people involved and also to organize some events. For those of you who don't know about this project, here is a video we did some time ago. Since then, the things grew up and we need to bring it to the next level. God bless you!
