Hateg, the place of a new beginning

For the week-end of January 16-18, 2009 we have ministered at a new church plant in Hateg, the birth place of the ancestors of Romanians. They have started their plant about a year ago wanting to bring a new approach to wining people for Christ. Friday evening we've had a youth meeting and on Sunday two evangelistic services.

The highlight of the weekend was the Sunday morning baptism. In a church packed with people two young people have decided for Christ and I was invited to baptize them. It was an honor for me to perform that. It is so encouraging to see that God is still changing lives. Here you can see a slideshow with some other baptism events.

Prayer Wings

Thank you again for partnering with us. We really need your prayers and it's not just a word we use to say to be polite. We can see God moving things in Romania, and I'm sure it's not by mistake. Please pray for aercurat (fresh-air) project we have. It's a real challenge to keep up with the thousands of people visiting the website. We also need to get more people involved and also to organize some events. For those of you who don't know about this project, here is a video we did some time ago. Since then, the things grew up and we need to bring it to the next level. God bless you!
