Youth Leaders
Vision:
A national, interdenominational network (building bridges...) of next generation leaders who are working together to develop healthy youth ministries (mobilizing churches) modeled after the model of Jesus.
Network name: B.I.G. (Biserici cu Impact Global, or in English: Churches with Global Impact)
Mission Statement
Developing healthy youth ministries in local churches (to win the next generation for Christ) through: Training, Coaching, Consulting, Mentoring, Personal Care .

Objectives:
- to work with the B.I.G. youth department team to define "healthy" ministries "modeled after the example of Jesus"
- to create clear structures and content for the strategy
- to develop objective tools for evaluation of the health of a ministry
- to understand existing local ministry environments
- to help youth leaders assess their strengths, weaknesses, and needs (gifts, personality, teamwork)
- to work with each B.I.G. member to evaluate and develop their region
- clarifying the relationship between the youth ministry strategy and the whole church strategy
- helping to create harmony & synergy between the senior pastor/church and youth leader/youth
* encouraging senior pastors to mentor and support their youth leaders
* offering support for youth pastors working in hostile environments
* offering training options to help youth leaders encourage their senior pastors
* offering whole church consulting
Strategy:
- national, regional, and local conferences: when and where they are needed
- experiential training: camps, small group experiences, and other evangelistic activities
- small groups of younger leaders meeting regularly in their areas to pray, build friendships, strengthen their leadership skills, and work together to develop their youth ministries
- working as teams in their regions for expanded influence: shared projects and activities
- "Start-up" consulting- personal care/consistent communication
- mentoring: character & personal development
